The homeowner is a young couple who wanted to finish their basement mainly for entertainment with the capacity of home-office space and hosting a couple of guests. However, they liked to organize their stuff. We designed a new bed room, storage, a small corner as the gym, and a living space. We have to change the washroom rough-ins and the access way from the stairwell, so the access to the storage improved, too. We did not disturb the excellent headrooms by not touching the ductworks and air grills. Our creative approaches resulted in a very happy customer.
