Basement
A Cozy Place!

The owners wanted to finish their basement mainly for entertainment with the capacity of home-office space and hosting a couple of guests occasionally. However, they liked to create proper space to organize their stuff. We added value to their basement by designing a new bed room, a storage, a tiny gym, and a living space. We had to change the location of washroom water/wastewater rough-ins and the access way from the stairwell, as a result the access to the storage improved as well. To save money and time we did not touch the ceiling height at ductworks.
