Our house was built in 1968 and was damaged because of a tornado in September 2018. We were looking for a professional consultant team to know our needs and be sure that every things are going well. We found this team of architectural designers who helped us a lot from scratch to the closing. Maziar and Mahnaz helped us by redesigning the entire interiors, exteriors, and a new landscape design of our house. They prepared some primary sketches and we discussed on pros and cons of each sketch. Then, they provided final design with accurate details to cover most of our needs. After finalizing the plans they explained it to our contractor.
We loved their solution to replace one of the old fireplaces that was no longer operational with a large window to the side yard. This smart idea brought a numerous amount of lights in, meanwhile it saved part of energy that was wasting from that chimney during the wintertime. They also proposed us to add a new bedroom to the house by utilizing the ensuite, and it was amazing since that was what we found later in the original drawings of the house. They are a super kind, innovative, and green-thinking couple, and we can easily recommend them to people.

Our basement is a mini palace now
A friend of ours who worked with Maziar and Mahnaz highly recommended both of them when we expressed that we were looking to design our basement. We contacted them and we were so happy we did! We worked closely with them to create a basement design that met every single one of our needs. They were responsive, attentive, professional and creative. We came to really appreciate their process and are thrilled with the final design. I can confidently say that we could not have achieved such a great design without them.

Highly recommend for home design and renovation projects
We hired HASHTI Consultants Inc. to help us develop a plan to redesign the exterior of our older home. After several consultations, they provided us with a number of design options to choose from. We worked together to refine the plan and were appreciative of their responsiveness to our questions and comments. We have now developed a final plan and were so impressed with their professionalism and the level of communication throughout the process that we plan to hire HASHTI to oversee the building phase of this project. I know that our project will be in good hands.

Amazing Design Team!
Highly recommend for commercial expansion
Maziar was amazing to work with! He was very responsive throughout the whole process and would work around our crazy schedule by being available late into the evenings or early in the morning as needed. He came with great ideas and really pushed our vision to be the best it could be.
It was a pleasure to work with HASHTI Consultants and we will be giving them a call when our next project arises.
