For 15 years homeowners wished to change the entire façades of their house and we did the following jobs for them:

• Listened to the homeowners carefully to understand their preferences and thoughts through three design meetings.
• Analyzed location of the building and its accesses.
• Surveyed, measured and drew the as-built of the building.
• Proposed several design alternatives with 3D programs.
• Research the proper exterior materials considering the defined budget.

The image-strip presents our way of finding the best concept relying on the Client needs and preferences.

As a result of the COVID-19, the customers paused the project due to budget risks and a lack of contractors and trades. Summer 2023 may be a good time to continue this initiative.
