Retained to execute a full-scale residential redesign and comprehensive site inspection program following extensive structural damage caused by the 2018 Ottawa tornado. The scope encompassed a complete overhaul of all interior living spaces alongside a transformative front and backyard landscaping design.

Space Optimization: Reconfigured the floor plan to seamlessly integrate two additional bedrooms and one new bathroom.

Material & Finish Selection: Curated the complete interior palette, including paint schemes, specialized tiling for all wet areas, and premium vanity fixtures.

Exterior Architecture & Landscape Design

Landscape Master Planning: Conceptualized and executed a comprehensive front and backyard landscape design.

Adaptive Structural Modification: Converted an obsolete, non-functioning exterior fireplace into a large expansive window, significantly increasing natural daylighting within the main living room.
